This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide physical therapy services to a small group of K-12 students, including two with IEP-mandated PT needs. The role is based near Dobbs Ferry, NY, and will span the full 2025-2026 school year, from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026, with an expected commitment of 8 hours per week.

Key qualifications and experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution Active New York State Physical Therapy license Previous school-based physical therapy experience is preferred but not required Role responsibilities include: Delivering physical therapy services tailored to a caseload of 56 autistic students Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to implement individualized programs Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with educational guidelines Ensuring therapy supports align with each students IEP goals, especially for those with mandated PT services Location: Near Dobbs Ferry, New York Benefits and perks associated with this contract position: Guaranteed hours covering both direct therapy and related indirect service tasks Access to health, dental, vision, and 401(k) offerings Support for continuing education through CEU reimbursement and mileage allowances Weekly pay for consistency and financial planning Take advantage of this rewarding contract to make a meaningful impact in a specialized educational setting.
