A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting in Saint Cloud, MN. This contract role offers flexibility with onsite, hybrid, or virtual work options and a duration spanning the next school year.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs with fidelity. Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on effective behavior management strategies. Analyze behavioral data regularly to monitor student progress and adjust intervention approaches as needed. Ensure all documentation and reporting complies with district and state regulations. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification in Minnesota is required. Experience working with K-12 students in an educational environment is preferred.
