Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to establish objectives and develop execution strategies focused on achieving business outcomes. Translate strategic initiatives into user stories and backlog items for engineering teams. Provide leadership and direction to software product delivery teams in an Agile environment. Co-lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) alongside Scrum Masters. Maintain clear and continuous communication with internal stakeholders, program managers, and project sponsors.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional experience in a product ownership or delivery-focused role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products from both user and administrative perspectives. Familiarity with email systems and general telephony functionality. Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle processes. Proficiency in DevOps, JIRA, Rally, or other application lifecycle management tools.
