Information System Security Manager (ISSM)
to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space (PEO MS), a government office addressing Special Access Program (SAP) enterprise and network oversight. Responsibilities
The primary responsibility will be to ensure classified Automated Information Systems (AIS) meet program demands and operate in an accredited state. Work with GOVT Leads for oversight and management to ensure compliance of infrastructure for SAP level inspections/accreditations. Expected to work both local network infrastructure and national locations with select Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) that support PEO MS. Will be expected to comply with all reporting cycles and annual inspections at the DoD and local levels. Transition Accredited facilities / networks authorizations from the DoD DCSA to the DCS G6 infrastructure. Coordinate travel with GOVT Leads to world-wide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sites. US Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. Must be able to perform successfully in non-routine and sometimes complicated situations. Candidate should have a progressively complex experience in the accreditation of DoD Automated Information System (AIS) and networks under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Must hold and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with additional access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) information. Desired Skills And Qualifications
Candidate shall be required to acquire the following: Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance (CGRC), Comp TIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) certifications. Candidate with previous Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience is desired Information System Security Management (ISSM) experience is desired Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) would be looked at favorably Security Architect, and/or Cyber Risk Management Framework experience is desirable.
