Description: Business Analyst MS Business Central (Dynamics 365 ERP). Warner Bros. Discoverys Licensing and Publishing Technology team is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives across our DC Comics Publishing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for optimizing ERP systems and data workflows. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, streamline publishing workflows, and deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Functional Design: Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine requirements for ERP and workflow enhancements. Translate user needs into functional design specifications, process flows, wireframes, and process documentation. Analyze current-state processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across integrated platforms and business functions. Produce high-quality business and technical artifacts that support development and implementation. Quality Assurance & UAT: Develop and execute detailed test scripts and test plans for ERP and system enhancements. Facilitate and execute internal functional testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Document test results and coordinate sign-off with stakeholders. Project & Ad Hoc Support: Contribute to status reports, risk logs, and issue registers. Support ad-hoc analysis and assist with project coordination and documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across publishing technology. Deliverables

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements Ability to model complex workflows and translate business needs into actionable deliverables Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience with test planning, test case development, and execution Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications
Background in Media & Entertainment or Publishing industries. Familiarity with publishing workflows and product lifecycle management. Experience with customized ERP applications and data infrastructure design. Tools & Platforms
