Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,295 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Responsibilities : Assist radiologist in invasive diagnostic techniques (e.g., needle biopsies, aspirations, guided needle-wire placement exams) Train residents on these exams Evaluate contraindications (medications, patient preparation, patient tolerance) Perform ultrasound procedures under supervision as required Recognize sonographic characteristics of normal and abnormal tissues, structures, blood flow Analyze sonography findings throughout the exam to ensure completeness Alert radiologist of abnormalities requiring real-time observation Image structures while simultaneously obtaining Doppler signals and recordings for radiologist interpretation Advise radiologist/referring physician of preliminary diagnostic information Required Experience & Skills: Minimum of 3 years as an Ultrasound Tech Strong GE Voluson E10 experience Certifications & Licensure: RDMS registered by ARDMS, with certification in at least one modality: Abdomen (ABD), OB/GYN, or RVT BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider) required About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
