Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders Document therapy sessions and progress accurately in compliance with school policies Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication goals Participate in professional development and team meetings as required Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLPA certification or licensure relevant to both school and healthcare environments Experience working as an SLPA in K-12 schools and healthcare settings is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage children and adolescents Knowledge of speech and language disorders and related therapeutic techniques Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain confidential records Location: Tacoma, Washington This role offers an important opportunity to impact the communication skills and academic success of students throughout the school year.
