Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to serve students in
Oceanside, CA
for the full school year. The SLP will provide therapy and case management across
two school sites , supporting students with a wide range of communication needs, from speech-only to mild-moderate and extensive support needs. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services across assigned sites
Manage and maintain IEPs, including goal development, service delivery, and compliance
Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
Support a variety of student needs from mild speech delays to significant disabilities
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active
California SLP license
required
Open to both
Clinical Fellows (CFs)
and experienced
CCC-SLPs
Strong collaboration and communication skills
School-based experience preferred
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
