A school-based physical therapist position is available in Chandler, AZ, serving K-12 students on a contract basis for the next school year. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student success and mobility. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and school regulations. Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations. Monitor progress and adapt treatments to maximize functional independence and participation. Qualifications and Experience: Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active State Physical Therapist license in good standing. Previous school-based or pediatric physical therapy experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of state regulations related to physical therapy services in educational settings. Location: Position is based in Chandler, Arizona, supporting K-12 school-aged students.
