Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation: $23-$25/hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary:

A small, professional office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a team of approximately five individuals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative support and customer service, particularly within industries such as real estate, banking, title, or property closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized workspace
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Support clients, attorneys, and financial planners throughout the day
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, including scanning and filing documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Prior experience in banking, real estate, title, or closing-based roles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong team player who thrives in small group settings
  • Interest in long-term employment and professional growth
