Scottsdale, AZ / Lansdowne, VA Team Overview

In this role, you will report to the Director of Applications and Quality Assurance and work closely with key stakeholders to support and improve the use of IT systems. This role requires a combination of functional and technical skills to help stakeholders use systems efficiently and includes managing small‑to‑mid‑sized projects. Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to meet business goals. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through information systems. Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance analysts, and business systems analysts to ensure business requirements are met. Assist with testing and manage user acceptance testing. Create and manage project plans that define scope, assumptions, risks, resource needs, timelines, and communication strategies. Measure and deliver project outcomes, and adapt processes and metrics to ensure goals and objectives are met. Manage small to mid-sized projects, including delegating tasks to project personnel, coordinating change requests, and managing project scope. Configure off‑the‑shelf products, including creating and maintaining workflows. Communicate project status and escalate issues as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications

College degree or equivalent technical experience. Experience in business analysis or similar roles, including software configuration, maintenance, and writing detailed business and technical requirements. Knowledge of basic project management concepts and practices. Pay & Benefits
