JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and align with the strategic objectives of the firm. This role involves overseeing large-scale digital product migrations and integrations within a highly regulated B2B environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external agencies to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital solutions while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the partnership with external agencies to develop audience-centric designs, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
- Gather and integrate stakeholder and leadership requirements to shape the overall digital experience and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Drive the implementation of digital initiatives using Agile methodologies in collaboration with technology teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of project outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed improvements.
- Communicate project status and progress through leadership presentations, providing clear and concise updates to senior management.
Years of Experience
8–10 years of experience in digital product ownership or marketing technology roles using Agile methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale migrations or digital integrations within highly regulated industries or B2B environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lead discovery phases, define product vision, set OKRs, and map user journeys.
- Experience managing high-visibility digital product initiatives with technical, legal, operational governance, and regulatory compliance considerations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and provide status updates to stakeholders and executives at all levels.
- Strong decision-making abilities, comfortable making trade-offs to remove impediments and deliver MVPs iteratively.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong passion for customer-centric approaches.
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of financial services, including familiarity with various business units within investment banking and financial services firms.
- Experience navigating ambiguity while driving change and embracing new challenges.
Certifications
Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP) preferred.
