In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to address challenging customer concerns Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred Proven experience in a call center or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure Benefits
