Physical Therapist (PT)

to serve a school district near

Middletown, Delaware . This position provides an opportunity to help students improve their mobility and access their educational environment more effectively. Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students with physical impairments

Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers

Maintain documentation and track student progress

Qualifications: Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Active Delaware PT license

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
