Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Deliver targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills Monitor and document student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education and support Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in NM Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Additional Requirements: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology for New Mexico Commitment to professional growth and adherence to state regulations This position offers the chance to impact K-12 education through dedicated speech therapy services.
