A temporary opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support in a K-12 school setting during a maternity leave period. This contract position will begin in mid-October and continue through December 19th, serving elementary and middle school students.

The therapist will manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, delivering direct, hands-on therapy services without remote options. The position requires full OT licensure; utilizing a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is not permitted. Key qualifications and desired experience include: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings Familiarity with pediatric therapy interventions across elementary and middle school age groups Prior experience in home health and healthcare environments is a plus Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently within a structured school day Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families Primary responsibilities consist of: Delivering individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students Developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student's needs Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation Collaborating closely with school staff to support students' educational goals This position offers the chance to provide critical support to students during an important transitional period in the school year.
