You will assess and treat speech and language disorders for students K-12, helping them improve communication skills essential for academic success and social interaction. The district fosters professional growth and innovative therapy techniques. Key Responsibilities: Administer speech/language screenings, evaluations, and follow-up assessments
Design evidence-based therapy plans and conduct individual/group therapy
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
Document therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with district policies
Participate in IEP meetings and assist with program planning
Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Michigan state licensure
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
