Responsibilities: Deliver effective physical therapy interventions to support students physical development and functional independence Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans Monitor and document student progress while adjusting therapy plans as necessary Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in accordance with state requirements Experience working in healthcare and school-based settings preferred Ability to manage a diverse and mixed caseload of K-12 students Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care effectively Location: North Little Rock, Arkansas serving students in a K-12 educational environment Compensation: Physical Therapist: $35-$39 per hour Physical Therapist Assistant: $30-$35 per hour This role offers a rewarding chance to apply your skills in a supportive educational setting while impacting student health and achievement.
