We are seeking a qualified and collaborative
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to provide behavioral support and consultation around
Searcy, Arkansas . This role involves working directly with students, educators, and support staff to assess behavioral needs, develop and monitor intervention plans, and contribute to positive outcomes for students with diverse learning profiles.
Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide ongoing behavioral consultation and support to classroom staff
Train and coach educators and paraprofessionals in effective behavioral strategies
Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
Promote positive behavior supports and contribute to school-wide behavioral initiatives
Support students in both general and special education settings
Qualifications: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Eligible for or currently licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Arkansas
Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
Knowledge of special education law (IDEA), positive behavior supports, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
