This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work in an educational setting serving a diverse group of 26 students. The role is ideal for candidates holding or pursuing their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) with a focus on pediatrics and school-based speech therapy services. Setting: School-based Schedule: Full-time (36 hours per week), with Mondays off when school is not in session Contract: Fixed-term, aligned with the 25/26 academic year Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students with various communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise in developing student goals Adhere to professional standards and guidelines, ensuring ethical and effective practice Preferred Qualifications: Current SLP certification with CCC (or eligible CFY status) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based settings Strong clinical skills with pediatric populations and knowledge of school-based therapy requirements Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills This role is an excellent fit for a passionate SLP seeking to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills in a supportive school environment.
