Remote School Psychologist
to join our dedicated team. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students inOhio. Job Summary:
The Remote School Psychologist will provide virtual psychological services, including assessments, consultations, and interventions, to support students' learning and mental health needs. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations (e.g., cognitive, academic, behavioral, emotional).
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on eligibility, goals, and services.
Collaborate with school staff and families to develop intervention strategies.
Provide individual or group counseling sessions as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant regulations.
Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies or critical incidents.
Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Required:
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
Valid
Ohio Department of Education School Psychologist License .
At least 1 year of experience in a K12 school setting.
Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms for assessments and teletherapy.
Strong understanding of special education law and evaluation procedures.
Preferred: Experience with remote/virtual psychological services. Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Work Environment:
