A well-established K-12 educational setting in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking six full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support student communication and language development across multiple school buildings. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, individualized intervention, and progress monitoring for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies and treatment plans. Manage caseloads across two to three school buildings, ensuring consistent service delivery. Deliver services either onsite or through a hybrid model, with flexibility tailored to your preferences. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification appropriate for school settings. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably within a public school environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt to varying work environments including onsite and hybrid service models. Location & Schedule: Onsite or hybrid work within Saint Louis, MO region with typical assignments spanning two to three buildings. Approximately 32.5 billable hours per week.
