full-time Clinical Pharmacist
to join a respected hospital team in

Variable shifts (flexible coverage to support hospital needs)
Employment Type:
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and dispense medications to ensure patient safety
Perform sterile compounding and IV admixtures
Monitor and optimize drug therapy for clinical effectiveness and safety
Provide clear, evidence-based drug information to healthcare providers
Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff
Participate in Code Blue emergencies (requires current certification)
Required Qualifications: B.S. or PharmD from an
ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Active
Texas Pharmacist license
in good standing
BLS certification
(or obtained within 90 days of hire)
ACLS certification
(required for Code Blue participation)
Preferred Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Minimum of
1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
