We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Falmouth, VA. This full-time, school-based role is a fantastic opportunity to help students reach their communication goals in a collaborative and enriching environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Virginia SLP license or the ability to obtain one

ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
