Position Details: Full-time schedule: 7:25 AM to 2:55 PM, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week) Caseload: Approximately 50 students requiring occupational therapy services Work location: On-site at elementary and middle school settings no virtual work Professional scope: Licensed Occupational Therapist (COTA assistance is not permitted) Responsibilities include: Delivering direct occupational therapy services tailored to each students needs Collaborating with educators, families, and school staff to support student progress Evaluating and documenting student performance and therapy outcomes Developing individualized intervention plans and engaging activities Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in home health, healthcare, and school settings Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and school-based therapy regulations Strong communication skills for working effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently This position provides a meaningful opportunity to contribute to student growth and development within an educational environment.
