A dedicated occupational therapist is sought for a full-time, contracted role providing home health services to pediatric clients. This position focuses on offering tailored therapeutic support within clients homes, primarily serving children in the Colorado Springs area.

Key Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with current credentials Experience working with pediatric populations in home health settings preferred Candidates with school or hospital pediatric therapy experience are encouraged to apply Strong organizational skills to manage a flexible schedule Ability to travel locally within a 10-minute radius for home visits Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, serving local pediatric clients in-home Responsibilities: Deliver approximately 23 half-hour occupational therapy visits per week Design and implement individualized care plans tailored to pediatric patients Coordinate visit scheduling autonomously to optimize efficiency and client care Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams as needed to support client outcomes Benefits and Work Environment: Flexible scheduling allows for personal management of caseload timing and flow Close geographic service area minimizes travel time between home visits Contract position with potential for permanent placement depending on candidate and client needs This role offers a unique opportunity to apply professional skills in a home-based setting while supporting pediatric development within a manageable and flexible work framework.
