A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a K-12 student population in a dynamic school setting located in Oswego, NY. This contract opportunity spans the full school year, providing consistent, impactful service to students primarily with non-verbal communication needs, alongside other diverse speech and language goals. This role requires on-site presence to engage directly with students and collaborate closely with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to a non-verbal majority caseload as well as other students with varied communication needs. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress throughout the academic year. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and communication development. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current on best practices. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Current SLP licensure or certification for school-based practice. Experience servicing school-aged children, preferably K-12. Strong skills working with non-verbal students and knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies. Commitment to working onsite full-time within the school environment. Location: Oswego, NY Schedule: Full-time, full school year contract, onsite only.
