A full-time role is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy, supporting K-12 students with severe disabilities in a Delaware school setting. This contract position spans the current school year, from the start date through December 21, 2025, providing an opportunity to deliver critical speech therapy services remotely.

Location: Remote teletherapy services for a school district in Delaware (Wyoming, DE area) Key Responsibilities: Provide teletherapy speech-language services to approximately 35 students with severe disabilities Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and write IEP documentation Conduct ongoing data collection and progress monitoring to inform therapy effectiveness Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs Maintain compliance with state guidelines and therapy best practices Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Delaware Experience delivering speech therapy services to students with severe disabilities Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technologies Strong skills in IEP development and documentation Ability to manage a full caseload with effective time management Excellent communication and data collection skills This contract opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development through teletherapy, with full-time hours during the school year.
