Responsibilities include: Providing 2 sessions of 40 minutes each per week of direct, in-person occupational therapy services at the students home Offering approximately 15 minutes weekly for consultation to coordinate care and support the students educational plan Assessing and addressing the students functional and sensory needs within the home environment Collaborating with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and healthcare regulations Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials Experience delivering occupational therapy services in home health, school, and healthcare settings Strong knowledge of developmental and educational therapy techniques Ability to adapt services to meet individual student needs in natural environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Location: Services will be provided in Vancouver, WA, at the students home.
