This remote full-time position involves providing speech and language services to 45-55 students across elementary, middle, and high school populations, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our advanced virtual therapy ecosystem. You'll deliver comprehensive clinical services including detailed evaluations, specialized interventions, collaborative consultation, and family support while maintaining the highest professional standards. Comprehensive Clinical Responsibilities
Advanced Assessment Protocols: Implement comprehensive evaluation procedures using validated assessment instruments adapted for virtual administration Conduct oral-motor examinations, hearing screenings, and speech-language sampling through specialized virtual protocols Utilize standardized tests including CELF, PPVT, GFTA, and other norm-referenced instruments via secure teletherapy platforms Complete bilingual assessments for English language learners using culturally appropriate evaluation methods Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive evaluations including psychological, occupational therapy, and medical assessments Specialized Intervention Services: Provide intensive articulation therapy using evidence-based approaches including cycles, traditional, and motor-based interventions Implement comprehensive language therapy addressing morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics through structured activities Deliver specialized fluency intervention using stuttering modification and fluency shaping techniques Provide voice therapy addressing vocal hygiene, breath support, and vocal quality improvement Implement AAC interventions including device trials, programming, and communication partner training Educational Collaboration: Participate in comprehensive IEP team meetings, evaluations, and transition planning sessions Provide classroom-based consultation for communication strategy implementation Collaborate with teachers on curriculum modifications and communication accommodations Support implementation of communication goals across educational environments and activities Conduct professional development sessions for educational staff on communication disorders and strategies Advanced Clinical Populations
