Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to high school Spanish learners. Teach foundational and advanced Spanish language skills covering grammar, vocabulary, and conversational practice. Integrate cultural, historical, and literary elements from Spanish-speaking countries to enrich the curriculum. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborate with faculty and contribute to a positive educational environment. Qualifications: Spanish Teaching License with Spanish Endorsement preferred. Fluent in both English and Spanish. At least 2 years of recent teaching experience preferred. Ability to create dynamic, student-focused learning experiences. Location: Position based in Charles City, VA (High School Setting).
