Full-time | 37.5 hours per week Requirements: Active BCBA certification or in-progress certification (with 35 years of special needs/education experience)
Strong background in behavior management, assessments, and intervention planning
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our high school team for the 20252026 school year. This role will involve: Responding to high-level behavioral situations
Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Supporting the development and implementation of school-wide behavioral practices
Caseload Focus: 4 classrooms serving students with Autism
2 classrooms focused on students with emotional/behavioral needs (primary focus for behavior plans and FBAs)
Occasional support for the general education student population
Support & Supervision: Backed by 2 experienced behavior specialists
Supervising 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
