Position Details: Part-Time, 2530 hours per week Contract runs from September 2, 2024, through June 30, 2025 Onsite work required; virtual candidates will only be considered as a last resort Caseload includes middle and high school students (grades 5-12) Licensed Occupational Therapist only; COTAs will not be considered as evaluations must be completed independently Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Active Delaware OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred Knowledge and application of fine motor and gross motor skill development techniques Skilled in supporting students with diverse healthcare and school-based needs Responsibilities: Conduct independent evaluations and create individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment Utilize clinical expertise to enhance students functional capabilities in school settings Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements This contract position offers a meaningful way to contribute to student growth while maintaining a flexible schedule aligned with the academic calendar.
