Must have onsite school experience; not accepting new graduates. Will collaborate with 2 virtual SLPs. Job Description: Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join Madera Unified School District for the full school year. This position will focus on supporting an elementary caseload and working closely with two virtual SLPs to deliver high-quality therapy services. Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed SLPs
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
Communicate effectively with staff, families, and supervising SLPs to support student goals
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current California SLPA license
Minimum 1 year of onsite school-based experience required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
