A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in the Arvada, CO area, serving students in grades K-12 across two PK-8 schools. This contract role involves splitting time between two schools each weekthree days at one location and two days at the otherfocused on a mild/moderate caseload. The teacher will work closely with students to enhance their academic progress and develop essential learning skills by implementing individualized strategies tailored to each student's needs.

Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with students' unique learning requirements. Collaborate effectively with related service providers to support comprehensive student development. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet individual goals. Qualifications: Valid Colorado Department of Education license in Generalist, Mild/Moderate, Affective Needs, or Profound Needs. Demonstrated ability to write and manage IEPs. Experience working with related services staff to deliver holistic support. Strong communication and organizational skills.
