Our comprehensive virtual psychology program is recruiting skilled school psychologists to provide exceptional mental health support through innovative remote platforms. Deliver psychological services to 44-54 students across elementary, middle, and high school populations, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our secure, user-friendly virtual platform. Provide comprehensive evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative support while addressing diverse student mental health and educational needs. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychological assessments utilizing validated virtual evaluation protocols and instruments Provide evidence-based individual therapy addressing emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and academic stress Lead therapeutic groups targeting social skills development, anxiety management, and emotional wellness Collaborate with educational teams, families, and community providers through virtual consultation services Create and monitor individualized intervention strategies targeting psychological and behavioral objectives Participate in virtual multidisciplinary meetings, IEP conferences, and educational planning sessions Deliver crisis intervention services including risk assessment, safety planning, and emergency mental health support Mental Health Specialization Focus

Work with students presenting learning difficulties, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma responses, grief and loss issues, and complex psychological presentations. Essential Qualifications: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved educational institution Current Michigan school psychologist licensure with active professional status School-based psychology practice experience minimum 2 years Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, intervention planning, and therapeutic service delivery Knowledge of special education law, mental health ethics, and crisis intervention protocols Virtual Service Technology: Reliable broadband internet connection supporting secure video conferencing and assessment platforms Professional home office environment ensuring confidentiality standards for psychological services High-definition webcam and noise-canceling audio equipment for optimal therapeutic communication Computer system meeting virtual psychology platform specifications and software requirements Professional Competency Expectations
