Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching them on inclusive hiring decisions

Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives and enhance the company’s employer brand in the U.S.

Qualifications

Significant experience in business recruiting across multiple functions

Proven ability to build strong talent pipelines in competitive markets

Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders with data and market insights

Commitment to creating inclusive teams and exceptional candidate experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a technology or software development environment

Familiarity with global talent acquisition strategies

Ability to navigate complex hiring challenges effectively

Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and trends
