Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify developmental needs and establish appropriate therapy goals
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living for preschool and elementary students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create a supportive and integrated therapy approach
Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress regularly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and other required paperwork
Stay informed about best practices and current trends in occupational therapy
Qualifications:
CA Occupational TherapistLicensure
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
