Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to support students functional abilities in the school environment Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to design and implement effective therapy goals aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with school policies and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and contribute professional insights Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in school settings Strong understanding of child development and K-12 educational environments Ability to create engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration within the school community Familiarity with special education laws and best practices in school-based occupational therapy Benefits of this role include the chance to work in a dynamic school environment, contribute directly to student success, and apply specialized skills within a supportive team framework.
