A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with CCC certification is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services for students in grades K-12. This contract position is onsite only, replacing a virtual SLP, and serves schools in Royal Center, IN, and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in speech and language goals Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff Ability to work independently and manage a caseload within a school setting Location: This position requires onsite work in Royal Center, IN, and surrounding regions.
