Support 42-52 students weekly across grades kindergarten through 12th grade, working 35-37.5 hours per week through our advanced virtual service platform. Provide psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and consultation services while maintaining strong therapeutic relationships and professional standards. Essential Functions
Execute thorough psychological evaluations using standardized virtual protocols Deliver individual counseling addressing emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns Conduct group interventions focusing on social-emotional learning and coping skills Provide consultation to educators regarding classroom mental health strategies Develop comprehensive intervention plans targeting specific student needs Participate in virtual special education and mental health team meetings Maintain detailed documentation of services and student progress Clinical Focus Areas
Our program serves students with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma responses, grief issues, and adjustment difficulties. You'll develop expertise in virtual psychology delivery while supporting students' mental health across academic and social contexts. Professional Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved institution Active Nevada school psychologist licensure Educational setting experience minimum 2 years Proficiency in psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions Knowledge of school psychology ethics and professional standards Virtual Practice Setup: High-speed internet connectivity ensuring consistent video quality Private, professional workspace suitable for confidential psychological services Quality webcam and headset for effective therapeutic communication Computer system compatible with virtual assessment and counseling platforms Clinical Excellence Standards
