A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Tallahassee, FL, supporting students from elementary through high school levels (K-12). This contract position offers a 37.5-hour workweek for the full school year, focused on delivering comprehensive speech and language services within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery in compliance with educational guidelines Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing services to K-12 student populations preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to manage caseload and complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Location: Tallahassee, Florida Services provided within a K-12 school setting This role requires presenting regularly to designated coordinators and working collaboratively to support student success throughout the academic year.
