We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to students in the Dumas, TX area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-focused environment, helping children develop essential communication skills to succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, including speech and language challenges. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success.
