Our expanding virtual therapy team seeks experienced speech-language pathologists to deliver high-quality services to students throughout Kentucky. This remote opportunity combines clinical expertise with innovative technology, allowing SLPs to provide essential communication support while working from professional home environments.

Serve approximately 50-60 students across grades K-12 through our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. This position requires 35-37.5 hours weekly, providing individualized and group therapy sessions addressing articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication needs through engaging virtual interventions. Core Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations via secure video platform Create individualized therapy plans targeting specific communication goals Deliver evidence-based interventions through interactive virtual sessions Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Document services and maintain accurate clinical records Develop creative therapy materials suited for virtual delivery Caseload Diversity
Work with students presenting various communication challenges, including speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, stuttering, voice disorders, and autism spectrum communication needs. Our diverse caseload ensures professional growth while making meaningful impact on student outcomes. Qualification Standards
Required Credentials: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Kentucky state licensure in speech-language pathology School-based therapy experience minimum 2 years Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year Technology Proficiency: Stable broadband internet for uninterrupted video sessions Quiet, professional home office setup High-definition camera and professional audio equipment Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and digital platforms Clinical Excellence
