What You'll Do:

Own the jobsite from start to finishschedule, quality, safety, subs, logistics

Lead interior flips, build-outs, and creative renovations

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth execution

Maintain jobsite safety and a positive team environment

Problem-solve in real-time to keep projects on track and on budget

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in commercial constructioninterior renovations a plus

Proven ability to run jobsites independently and lead trade teams

Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-first mindset

Tech-savvy with field software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
