A twelve-month Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Hillsborough, NC. This contract role is designed for professionals experienced in both healthcare and school-based therapy environments.

Deliver mostly indirect services, including Student Assistance Services (SAS). Conduct direct therapy sessions, typically 30 minutes in length, approximately one day per week. Coordinate schedules and maintain clear communication with school staff to optimize service delivery. Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with appropriate state credentials. Experience in healthcare and school-based therapy settings. Ability to manage itinerant caseloads across multiple locations effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating services and documentation. Schedule and Compensation Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week over a 12-month period. Paid mileage reimbursement for travel between schools. Flexible timing based on service needs and school schedules.
