Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes.

Pay: $90,000- $105,000 Annually

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.

Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Perform diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Requirements:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Experience in special education or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.

Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient behavior.

Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

A commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.
