Work Arrangement

• Onsite support required 4–5 days/week during training.
• After training: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days remote).

Key Skills Required

• 3–5 years of data experience.
• Power BI: Strong experience in data visualization and storytelling.
• SharePoint: Migration from 2016 to modern SharePoint.
• Planview: Highly preferred; transferring/migrating data into Planview.
• MS 365 knowledge.
• Exposure to ETL processes, data modeling, or cloud-based data platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Support migration of project management data/workflows from SharePoint to Planview, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Assist in transition of SharePoint 2016 content to modern SharePoint.
• Build and present Power BI dashboards with actionable insights.

Client Focus During Interviews

• Ability to articulate past projects:
• How dashboards were created.
• How SharePoint migration was managed.
• What type of data was handled.
• Depth of knowledge in SharePoint, Planview, and Power BI.
