• $90–$120 per day (based on education and/or certification)

• Flexible scheduling—choose full or half-day assignments

• Paid training and ongoing support

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll help create stability and consistency for students by:

• Leading lessons from teacher-provided plans

• Establishing a positive, respectful, and organized classroom environment

• Guiding student participation and encouraging on-task behavior

• Supervising students in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and recess areas

• Recording attendance and reporting concerns to school staff

• Supporting school-wide goals through collaboration with educators

• For longer-term placements, planning and delivering lessons aligned to curriculum

• Monday through Friday availability

• Full Day: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Half Day: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification is a plus

• At least 1 year of experience in a classroom or childcare setting preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a classroom

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
