You will be responsible for providing data analytics, capacity forecast models, and supporting various IT security management tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning methodologies
• Experience with infrastructure architecture and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Proficiency in tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, and Splunk
• Familiarity with ITIL capacity management best practices and COBIT framework

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing
• Understanding of operating system performance measurement tools (e.g., SAR, PerfMon)
• Experience with True Sight Capacity Optimizer
• Familiarity with Agile Framework - Jira / Confluence
• Proficiency in mathematical / statistical and quantitative analytics
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple projects with specific deliverables around performance and capacity
• Review technical project documentation to identify performance and capacity impacts
• Collaborate with support teams to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity
• Analyze saturation test results to measure and interpret capacity thresholds
• Support capacity-related business as usual (BAU) activities associated with audit requirements
